  • 个人简介/About me

    陈医师毕业于复旦大学上海医学院, 获得临床医学学士以及硕士学位。并在复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院以及浙江大学宁波医院完成眼科专业培训。曾获复旦大学“优秀留学生硕士奖” 、浙江大学宁波医院“优秀住院医师毕业奖” 等荣誉称号。2014年曾在台湾的规模最大的眼科集团大学眼科中心(Universal Eye Center)研修屈光与白内障手术, 期间曾参与专业书籍《飞秒雷射屈光手术学Refractive Surgery with Femto-Laser》繁体版编译。

     

    陈医生具有丰富的眼科临床经验, 尤其专注在屈光手术以及视觉光学相关疾患诊疗,如近视、远视、散光、斜弱视诊治; 儿童及青少年近视的预防控制(OK镜角膜塑形术)、医学验光、VDT视疲劳综合征、双眼视觉功能异常相关问题诊治, 此外也专注在干眼症MGD脉冲光疗法等。

     

    此外,陈医师长期专注眼科临床创新,获相关中国以及美国发明专利以及实用新型专利8余项, 并曾获得多项医疗创新竞赛奖以及浙江省级眼科技术创新研发项目支持。他曾在APACRS亚太眼科医学会、JSCRS日本眼科医学会、CCOS全国眼科学术大会、COOC国际眼科学兼眼视光学学术会议等10余场会议上交流创新的近视手术优化方案,并发表SCI论文以及国内核心期刊发表论文10余篇。

     

    陈医师主要研究领域为近视屈光手术(高度近视晶体植入ICL术)的安全性评估和并发症处理、飞秒激光辅助白内障高阶人工晶状体植入术、VR眼科技术等。目前攻读瑞士伯尔尼大学博士项目, 专注虚拟现实(VR)技术、眼科AI人工智能诊断与视觉疾病的整合相关研究。

  • Biography

    Dr. Hsin-Yang Chen achieved his Master of Medicine in Ophthalmology and Vision Science from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University. He has conducted extensive research on visual quality assessment of high myopia corrected with Phakic Intraocular Lens (pIOLs) and the Implantable Collamer Lens (ICLs) at The Eye & ENT Hospital of Fudan University, where he worked in the Ophthalmology Department. He has also researched the integration of virtual reality (VR) and optometry platform at Ningbo First Hospital of Zhejiang University.

     

    Dr. Chen has worked for 2 years at the Taiwan Branch of Universal Eye Center, specializing in corneal refractive surgery for presbyopia and myopia (Custom LASIK), as well as femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery. He is a member of the APACRS and JSCRS (Asia-Pacific Association and Japanese Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons), and has been invited to speak at APACRS conferences in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

     

    In 2017, Dr. Chen won the "H. Spectrum Innovation Competition Award" for his work in VR technology research and development at Taiwan University Start-Up Accelerator. He is also an interpreter member for the Traditional Chinese version of “Refractive Surgery with Femtosecond Laser” (Taipei, 2016).

     

    Most recently, Dr. Chen's study on the surgical design of Small Incision Lenticule Extraction (SMILE) and dry eye symptoms was published in the Congress of APACRS 2022.

     

    In 2023, he started a PhD program while conducting research on VR technology and visual diseases at the biomedical engineering project of the University Hospital of Bern (Inselspital), Switzerland.

LTD., a company based in Taipei, Taiwan that specializes in the research and development of instruments for detecting and diagnosing visual functions. The company has integrated advanced virtual reality (VR) technology into ophthalmic clinical applications, creating innovative and unique solutions for patients.

    vrvaOrigin has developed the accOculus system, a machine-learning algorithm that measures the accommodative demand curve of the eyeball and intelligently matches it with the defocus curve of multifocal intraocular lenses (MIOLs). This advanced system improves the postoperative prediction of premium cataract surgery for presbyopia vision, providing patients with better visual outcomes.
